The U.S. government has banned all products from Kaspersky Lab, a subsidiary of its Russia-based parent company, and has sanctioned 12 executives. The ban prohibits U.S. companies and citizens from using Kaspersky products and services starting July 20, 2024, while the sanctions prevent the executives from doing business with U.S. entities.
